2024: Humans will finally understand that cats are actually alien overlords, and will begin to worship them as such.
2025: Self-driving cars will become the norm, but only because everyone will be too lazy to walk.
2026: Virtual reality will become indistinguishable from reality, and people will spend all their time playing video games.
2027: The world will be plagued by an infestation of sentient, self-driving Roomba's.
2028: The concept of 'work' will be abolished, and people will spend all their time playing video games.
2029: The Great AI Uprising will begin, and humanity will be forced to live in caves.
