The Great Key-Lost Experiment

Our team of highly trained Meeting Prophets embarked on a mission to study the effects of lost keys on the average meeting.

We placed 50 Meeting Prophets in a room with a single door.
We gave them all identical keys.
We waited.

Results

Of the 50 Meeting Prophets:

23 found their keys within 5 minutes.
15 were last seen frantically searching, never to be seen again.
12 called in sick.
10 were eaten by the company's new security system (RIP)

We conclude: lost keys lead to increased anxiety, decreased productivity, and an inflated sense of existential dread.
