Axiom 1-2

Also known as "The Meeting that Could Have Been an Email", this axiom is a prime example of the Redundant Meeting Phenomenon.

A meeting that could have been an email, or a phone call, or a series of well-crafted text messages, was instead decided to be a meeting.

This axiom is often cited as the reason behind countless hours of wasted productivity and an endless supply of free coffee.

Sub-axiom 1: The Meeting that Should Never Have Been

This meeting was called for the sole purpose of "touching base" and "getting everyone on the same page". In reality, it was just a pointless exercise in groupthink.

Someone, somewhere, could have written a clear and concise email with bullet points and attachments, but instead, they chose to subject everyone to an endless stream of unnecessary small talk.
