Ancient Journal 3: Meeting of the Council of the Stars

Extract from the private journals of the Council of the Stars, we have obtained a cryptic entry that reads: "We have met. The meetings have been a success. The coffee machine is still broken."

Also, note the following minutes from the meeting:

• Item 1: The color of the walls should be changed to a more celestial hue.
• Item 2: The new intern, Zorvath, is still confused about the purpose of the meeting.
• Item 3: The coffee machine will be fixed by the maintenance team, but not before they have their 15th meeting in a row about it.

Also, attached to this entry is a mysterious symbol that looks like a cross between a hieroglyph and a chicken nugget. We are unsure of its meaning.
