A meeting where the most exciting thing that happens is when someone remembers to turn off their phone.

1. Discuss the weather.

2. Talk about how much everyone hates meetings.

3. Decide that we should have a meeting to discuss the fact that we should have more meetings.

• Assign someone to take notes.
• Make sure the coffee machine is full.
• Send out reminders for the next meeting, which will probably be in 5 minutes.
