Resolution 1: Because We Said So

We hereby resolve to:

From this day forth, the phrase "synergy" will be used only in meetings, where it shall be defined as "a fancy word for 'we're not really sure what we're doing, but let's pretend this sounds good'.

Any employee found using "synergy" in a non-meeting context shall be subject to a 5-minute PowerPoint presentation on the meaning of the word, presented by the CEO.

Additionally, the company will now have a "Synergy Committee" to review and approve all uses of the word in meetings, to ensure its proper usage and to provide feedback on pronunciation.

Discussion on the meaning of synergy will now be held every Friday at 2 PM in the break room. All employees are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts, but please, for the love of all that is holy, do not use the word "synergy" during the discussion.
