Meetings. Because who doesn't love a good hour-long discussion about nothing?

Our Sustainability Scorecard Methodology is a tool for identifying and eliminating unnecessary meetings. It's like a badge of honor, but not really.

Our scorecard is based on the following metrics:

Number of attendees (more is not always better)
Duration (less is more, unless you're talking about your favorite podcast)
Agenda (does it have a clear goal? Or is it just a list of bullet points?)
Decision-making (are you actually making decisions, or just rehashing the same points for hours?)

Score 1-5, with 1 being a complete waste of time and 5 being a meeting that's actually accomplishing something.
