At 4:14 PM, we were supposed to discuss the Johnson report. At 4:15 PM, someone asked if anyone had any questions. At 4:16 PM, someone else asked if anyone had any more questions. And so on...
It's like we're stuck in some kind of bizarre, bureaucratic Groundhog Day.
