And so, after hours of deliberation, the team has reached consensus.

• We will implement a new system for tracking TPS reports.
• However, we will not be using the suggested spreadsheet.
• Instead, we will be using a combination of Excel and PowerPoint.
• The project manager will be responsible for updating the report.
• The report will be presented to the team on Fridays at 2 PM.
• Snacks will be provided for all attendees.
• But only if we can agree on the flavor of the snacks.
