Our Methodology: The Art of Doing the Same Thing, Over and Over Again

We are proud to present to you our proprietary, utterly unnecessary, and fantastically inefficient method of doing meetings!

Step the first: Gather in a large, windowless conference room with fluorescent lighting that's just out of date. Make sure to bring a projector and a screen.

Step the second: Invite everyone involved. The more people the merrier! (But not really.)

• Step the third: Have a facilitator stand at the front of the room, looking very important.
• Step the fourth: Have each participant present their thoughts, one at a time, while being interrupted by the facilitator.
• Step the fifth: Take a break to get some snacks.
• Step the sixth: Discuss the minutes of the meeting.
