• Discussion of Non-Essential Topics: 45 minutes
• Break for Coffee: 15 minutes
• Conclusion: Still Waiting...

Attendees:

• John: "I'm here because my manager sent me."
• Jane: "I'm here because I was told to."
• Tony: "I'm here because I have a meeting with a client after this and I need to get out."
