Void Speak Exercise Routine

Step 1: Find a comfortable position in the meeting room, ideally with minimal distractions. This could be a bean bag chair, a meditation cushion, or even a small island in the middle of the conference table.

Step 2: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale the scent of stale coffee and the faint hint of desperation. Exhale the weight of your own insignificance.

Step 3: Speak in a monotone voice, ensuring that your words are devoid of any meaning, purpose, or conviction. Repeat the phrase "This is just a suggestion" at least 5 times a minute.

Step 4: Gaze intensely at a random person across the room, daring them to break eye contact. When they inevitably look away, nod in triumph.

Step 5: Repeat step 3, but this time, substitute "synergy" with "synergy" and see how long it takes for someone to notice.

Remember, the goal of Void Speak is not to accomplish anything, but to create an aura of existential dread that permeates the entire organization.
