Location: Space Station Zorgon

Summary:

Astronauts on Space Station Zorgon reported a series of zero-gravity mishaps during training exercises.

Causes:

1. Uncoordinated movements

2. Unsecured trash canisters

3. Unsynchronized space-suit oxygen supply systems

Recommendations:

1. Re-orient astronauts' spatial awareness

2. Secure all trash canisters and label them clearly

3. Synchronize space-suit oxygen supply systems

**Actions Taken:**
