Our quarterly meeting was a mess. Like, seriously, it was like trying to herd cats. Except the cats were all wearing tiny suits and arguing about the meaning of life. We had 17 disagreements, 32 passive-aggressive comments, and 1 brief but intense argument over who ate the last donut in the break room.

Some highlights:

• The marketing team still thinks we should have a 'thought leader' in every department. Because, you know, that's how the world works.
• The dev team is still convinced that 'code' is a synonym for 'art'.

We're still waiting on the results of the 'Disagreement Index' survey, but rumor has it the numbers are looking grim.
