It was supposed to be just a routine meeting, but things took a turn for the worse when our team's snacking habits came under scrutiny.
The meeting was called to discuss the company's quarterly numbers, but no one could focus on spreadsheets when the question on everyone's mind was: "Who ate the last snack?"
Theories abounded, from "John from HR" to "the intern who shall remain nameless." But the truth, much like the snack, remained elusive.
A thorough investigation was launched, involving interviews with all 17 attendees, but the trail went cold. Or should we say, the trail went stale.
As the meeting devolved into a snack-fueled free-for-all, the CEO was forced to intervene, declaring, "Enough is enough, we will find the snacking culprit!"
And so, the Great Snack Debacle continues to this day, with a team still divided over who ate the last snack. A team member has been tasked with keeping a Snack Accountability Log to ensure this never happens again.
But for now, the question remains: Who ate the last snack?
