EMERGENCY MEETING: Code Red

Code Red, Repeat, Code Red. The Situation is Critical.

Location: The conference room, 3rd floor. Don't be late!

Attendees:

• John Doe - CEO, The Company
• Jane Doe - Marketing Manager
• Bob Smith - IT
• Jim Johnson - Finance

Agenda:

1. Situation Report: The Server is on Fire.

The server is, in fact, on fire. This is not a drill.

2. Damage Control:

We must act quickly to prevent total system failure.

3. Emergency Action Plan:

Call the fire department, call the fire department, CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT!

Then, call the backup server, and hope it's not on fire too.

Next, call the IT guy, and hope he knows what he's doing.

Finally, call the coffee machine, and hope it's not on fire either.

4. Post-Mortem:

What went wrong? How could we prevent this? Who's to blame? (Hint: It's probably IT)

5. Next Steps:

We will reconvene in one hour, after the fire has been extinguished, and the server has been rebooted.

Next meeting: 3 weeks. Same time, same place. Don't be late!
