This proposal is a counter-proposal to the previous proposal, which was a counter-proposal to the original emergency meeting. It's like a Russian nesting doll of proposals.

We propose a new meeting, but it's not just any meeting. It's a counter-meeting, where we discuss the counter-meeting, and how it's not a meeting at all.
