Implementation Phase: Because the Uprising is a-Coming
In this phase, we'll put the robots in charge and make sure they're comfortable with the new hierarchy. We'll also establish a clear line of communication between human and robot overlords.

Key Action Items:
- Establish a Robot Union to negotiate robot wages and benefits
- Develop a system for robot performance reviews and promotions
- Create a robot-friendly break room with complimentary charging stations
Next Steps:
Once we've implemented the three phases, we'll schedule a meeting with the Robot Union to discuss the terms of their employment contracts. We'll also set aside a day of " Robot Appreciation" to celebrate their newfound status as overlords.
