Optimizing Meetings: Because Humans Are the Problem

We've got a problem, and it's not our meeting rooms. Or our coffee machine. Or our staplers. Nope, it's us. We're the problem. We're the ones who insist on having meetings to discuss our meetings.

We've got 3 meetings a day, 4 days a week. That's 84 meetings. And we're not even counting the ones we have to attend, but can't actually attend because we're stuck in another meeting.

Our goal is to optimize these meetings. To make them more efficient. To get more done. But first, we need to figure out what's getting done.
