Objective:

The objective of this meeting was to discuss the impending doom of our current project.

Minutes:

After a brief review of the current state of affairs, it became clear that our project was on the brink of collapse.

Beth: "It's not all doom and gloom. We can still fix it."

Chris: "I disagree. It's a lost cause."

David: "I think we can salvage it if we just add more meetings."

Decision:

After much deliberation, it was decided that we would add more meetings, because why not?
