Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to lead our team of meeting enthusiasts. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with a focus on efficiency and punctuality
- Taking minutes to document important discussion points and action items
- Ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their meeting commitments and deadlines
- Developing and maintaining meeting agendas, reports, and other relevant documents
- Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of meeting coordination experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
