Welcome to Project Marathon, where the only thing more exhausting than the work is the team-building activities.
Below is the schedule for our thrilling week-long adventure:
Team-Building Trust Fall: Participants will be asked to fall backwards off a small trampoline, because trust is a two-way street.
The Great Outdoors: A team-building retreat to a nearby park where we will engage in a series of grueling group hikes and awkward team lunches.
Escape the Cubicle: A simulated survival challenge where participants will have to navigate a fake emergency exit strategy while being constantly monitored by HR.
The Team-Building Olympics: Participants will engage in thrilling competitions such as the 100m dash for the stapler, the three-legged relay of awkward small talk, and the tug-of-war with a 50-foot rope.
The Group Dinner: A sit-down meal where participants are forced to discuss their feelings and share their deepest fears in front of a captive audience.
Don't forget to bring a pillow to use as a projectile in case of an emergency.
