Client's Progress:

Still struggling with existential dread, but progress made today!

Client reported improved sleep quality due to newfound love of 3 AM Netflix binges.

However, this has led to increased consumption of 3 AM Taco Bell runs.

Recommendations:

  1. Encourage client to explore alternative forms of late-night entertainment, such as reading or meditation.
  2. Suggest client establish a 'no 3 AM Taco Bell' boundary.

Next Steps:

Client to start a 'Late-Night Self-Care Journal' to track progress and identify patterns.

Client to schedule regular '3 AM Wake-Up Times' to re-establish healthy sleep habits.

Client to consider 'Taco-Free Sundays' as a trial.
