By the power vested in me, I, King Aronius, declare the formation of the Stew Cartel. A union of the most feared and respected chefs in all the land. Their mission: to control the nation's culinary landscape through the subtle manipulation of the humblest of foods: the humble stew.

Phase 1.1: Infiltration. We must identify and recruit the key members. Those who possess the skills to create the most diabolical stews. Those who can make the masses crave for more. We will not rest until every pot, every ladle, every spoon is under our control.
