Decisions Phase 2.1: Interdimensional Security

By the power vested in me, King Aronius, I hereby declare:

• Article 1: Mandatory interdimensional travel for all court jesters and jestresses.
• Article 2: Establishment of the Interdimensional Border Control Agency (IBCA) to monitor and contain any rogue portals.
• Article 3: All citizens of the kingdom shall be required to wear a minimum of 5 inches of interdimensional shielding at all times.
