By Order of the Supreme Chancellor of the Interdimensional Realm:
WHEREAS the current state of meetings is unacceptable;
NAMETLY the excessive verbosity in meeting minutes;
IT IS HEREBY DIRECTED that all meetings shall from this day forward be conducted with the utmost brevity and economy of language.
ARTICLE I: Meetings shall be limited to exactly 37.5 minutes in duration. Any excess time shall be considered a "Time Vortex" and shall be subject to penalties as outlined in Section 3.
ARTICLE II: All meeting minutes shall be recorded on a standard issue of the "Meeting-Noter 3000". Any deviations from this standard shall be deemed "Creative Expressionism" and shall be subject to review by the Supreme Council of Time Management.
