Article 1: Time is a human construct, but also a human burden.
We, the signatories of this treaty, acknowledge that time is a finite resource.
Article 2: Timekeeping is a right, not a privilege.
Each signatory shall be entitled to a minimum of 4.5 hours of uninterrupted time each day.
Article 3: Timekeeping is a collective responsibility.
All signatories shall contribute to the Timekeeping Fund to support the maintenance of accurate timekeeping technology.
Article 4: Time is a personal freedom.
Signatories may choose to use their time as they see fit, but shall not infringe upon the time of others.
Article 5: Timekeeping disputes shall be resolved by the Timekeeping Arbitrator.
The Timekeeping Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Timekeeping Treaty Council.
