Bernard Bertrand-Bernstein's Beijing Adventure

Beijing, China: Where East Meets West (or at least, where I get lost)

After months of planning, I finally made it to the Great Wall of China. But let's be real, it's not that great. I mean, it's just a wall.

Next stop: a visit to the Forbidden City. Where I promptly got lost in the palace museum for hours. I'm pretty sure I saw the last remaining member of the Ming dynasty's family in the basement. He was playing a really intense game of Solitaire.

And don't even get me started on the Peking Duck. I swear, it's the most overhyped meal in the world. 'Best in all of China'? More like 'best in all of the world, but not really worth the hype.'
