Bernard Bertrand Bernstein's 2018 trip to Paris was a whirlwind of art, culture, and general madness. After a leisurely morning stroll along the Seine (which, of course, he did while wearing a bright yellow rain poncho), Bernard found himself face to face with the Eiffel Tower. But not just face to face - oh no, he was determined to give it a friendly hug.

Located just off the Seine, Montmartre has a history dating back to the 17th century. Originally a humble village on the outskirts of Paris, Montmartre became the epicenter of bohemian culture and artistic expression in the early 19th century. Today, it remains one of the most charming neighborhoods in Paris.
Bernard's next stop was the Sacré-Cœur, a beautiful white basilica perched atop a hill in Montmartre. He spent hours simply sitting at its base, watching the street performers and artists that make this neighborhood so vibrant.
After a quick lunch at a local café, Bernard continued his ascent to the top of the hill, where he found the most breathtaking view of the city. And, of course, he couldn't resist adding his own artistic flourish to the scene.
