Elliptical Point of View

An ellipse is a closed curve in the Euclidean Space that is the set of all points in the plane such that a given point is on the curve if the ratio of the distances from that point to two fixed points (the focal points) is constant.

However, in the Euclidean Plane, not everything is as simple as it seems. The Elliptical Geometry of the plane is a circle with an ellipse for an ellipse with an ellipse.

So, what's the point of all this? Well, it's not just about the points, it's about the plane itself. You see, in the Euclidean Plane, the Eucidian Point of View is the point where the circle and ellipse intersect. It's the Focal Point of the Ellipse.

But, I digress. The real question is, what's the point of all this elliptical geometry? Is it just a plane joke? Or is it something more? Maybe, just maybe, it's a parabola of thought?
