Chili Burritos
For those who like a little heat in their burrito lives
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
Instructions:
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the skillet and continue cooking.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve on a large flour tortilla with the chili, cheese, and any other desired toppings.
