Artistes' Union Benefits Resolution

Resolution:

WHEREAS, the Artistes' Union has been tirelessly creating masterpieces for the enrichment of society; and

WHEREAS, the current merit system has been proven to be as dull as a beige wall in a beige-colored room; and

WHEREAS, the Artistes' Union demands a more vibrant and fulfilling work environment; and

WHEREAS, the Merit System Overhaul Committee has been formed to address these concerns;

THEREFORE, be it resolved that:

  1. We, the Artistes' Union, hereby demand a mandatory minimum of ประก pink-colored ergonomic chairs for all members.
  2. We, the Artistes' Union, hereby demand an increase in the standard coffee-to-water ratio in the staff room from 2:1 to 3:1.
  3. We, the Artistes' Union, hereby demand a 4-day workweek with Fridays off, because creativity is a 4-day process.
  4. We, the Artistes' Union, hereby minimalist the conference rooms to include only a whiteboard, a pinboard, and a fridge with artisanal cheeses.

ARTICLE III: Implementation

1. The Merit System Overhaul Committee shall oversee the implementation of this resolution.

2. The Committee shall consist of five members, each with a minimum of 10 credits in their respective field.
