Recipe for Mindful Sushi

Ingredients: 5 pieces of salmon, 2 sheets of nori, 1/4 cup of wasabi, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of pickled ginger, 1/4 cup of sliced scallions, 1 block of firm tofu, 1 sheet of nori.

Instructions: 1. Place nori on a flat surface. 2. Slice tofu into thin strips. 3. Place a piece of salmon on top of nori. 4. Add a slice of scallion. 5. Roll up. 6. Repeat. 7. Serve.
