1. Action Item 1: Discussion of the new galaxy-conquering technology

The Lord High Commander of the Galactic Empire, Zorvath, presented an update on the new galaxy-conquering technology

CFO, Xexuon, expressed concern over the estimated cost of deployment

Decision: Delayed for further review

Moved by Lord High Commander Zorvath, seconded by CFO Xexuon

2. Action Item 2: The Great Space Station Renovation

The Maintenance Manager, Groggle, presented a proposal for the renovation of the Galactic Space Station

The Lord High Commander, Zorvath, suggested using a more cost-effective alternative, but the Maintenance Manager Groggle, countered with a well-reasoned argument

Decision: Renovation approved, but with strict budgeting

Moved by Maintenance Manager Groggle, seconded by CFO Xexuon
