Adjournment Committee Meeting 125 Minutes
Present:

- Vice Chair, John Doe
- Member, Bob Johnson
Meeting Purpose:
Discuss the inevitability of adjourning, and the optimal time for doing so.
Discussion:
- Chairperson Jane Smith: "I propose we adjourn at 5:00 PM, to give everyone time for a nice dinner."
- Vice Chair John Doe: "But what about the donuts? Can't we stay for the donuts?"
- Member Bob Johnson: "I say we adjourn at 4:30 PM, to give me time for my nap."
Decision:
We will adjourn at 4:30 PM. Because, clearly, donuts.
Adjournment Committee Social:
Join us for drinks and snacks after the meeting. Because, clearly, we're all going to need a break from our adjourning duties.
