Present: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and the rest of the committee.

Item 3: "The Inflatable Unicorn Problem: A Threat to Society" - Chairperson.

The Chairperson began by stating that the Inflatable Unicorn problem was a serious issue that required immediate attention.

Vice Chairperson interrupted, "But Chairperson, we've discussed this at great length, we can't just dismiss it as a prank gone too far! The unicorns are everywhere, in our parks, our streets, and even in the office supply closet!"
