At the 2015 Committee Meeting, Joe Spoke Twice (JST) was a phenomenon that defied explanation.
A transcript of the meeting reveals:
- "I'd like to... uh, I was just saying, I think we should... I mean, I was going to say..."
- "Wait, what was it you were saying, Joe?"
- "I was saying... uh, never mind."
A post-meeting analysis concluded that JST was not a skill, but a condition with no clear cause or effect.
Despite efforts to replicate JST, all committee members were able to say something new and original for the first time in recorded history.
Committee Therapy sessions were recommended for all members affected.
