• The new coffee machine is still broken.
• We still haven't decided on a theme for the office Christmas party.
• John is still not paying his parking fines.

Decisions:

• We will have a meeting to discuss the Christmas party theme.
• John will be forced to wear a "I'm with Stupid" hat to the next meeting.
