Objective: Discuss the importance of coffee

Agenda: 1. Coffee machine maintenance, 2. Coffee cup design, 3. Coffee break times

Minutes:

• Bob: "I'm telling you, we need to replace the coffee machine with a newer model."
• Jane: "But what about the cost? The newer model is so expensive!"
• Joe: "I've done the math, and it's cheaper in the long run. Trust me, I've done the math."
• Intern: "Uh, can we just talk about the intern break room? It's really nice and has good lighting."

Actions:

• Bob: "I'll order the new coffee machine today!"
• Joe: "I'll design the new coffee cup logo!"
• Intern: "I'll, uh, take care of the break room."
