Action Items:

• Buy more staplers. Lots more staplers.
• Install a coffee machine that only dispenses decaf.
• Create a company-wide "No-Phone- Zone" policy, but only for Tuesdays.

Decisions Made:

• We are going to buy a 100-pack of staplers, but only from a specific online retailer that has free shipping.
• The new coffee machine will be installed, but we'll just call it a "tea machine" to confuse our competitors.
• We will, in fact, not install a "No-Phone-Zone" policy, because who needs that kind of productivity?
