Coffee is not a food group, and neither is it a valid excuse for why you can't do the morning stretch.
Stand up, arms over your head. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat 3x.
Now, touch your nose with your right hand. Then, with your left. Alternate. 3x.
Finally, bend to one side, then to the other. 3x. Don't worry, your cat will still love you.
