You made it to Phase 4 of the Monday Blues Recovery Plan! Congratulations, you've survived 3.5 phases and are now ready to face the day with a clear and focused mind.
- Tip 1: Don't think about the impending doom of Monday morning.
- Tip 2: Repeat the following mantra: "Monday, Monday, Monday, it's not so bad."
- Tip 3: Find a comfortable spot to take a 30-minute power nap, preferably in a well-lit, climate-controlled area.
- Tip 4: Wake up to a cup of freshly brewed coffee, expertly crafted by your favorite barista, Bob.
- Tip 5: Remember that Tuesday is just around the corner, but don't look at it yet.
