MONDAY BLUES RECOVERY PLAN: PHASE 5 ACTUAL WORK
Phase 5 of the Monday Blues Recovery Plan involves actual work. Yes, you read that right, actual work.
- Step 1: Make a to-do list, but don't get too ambitious.
- Step 2: Eliminate distractions (see Step 2: Avoid Social Media for more details).
- Step 3: Work for exactly 2 hours, then take a 15-minute break.
- Step 4: Repeat steps 2-3 until you've accomplished something.
- Step 5: Take credit for it on social media, even if it's just for the sake of it.
Step 2: Avoid Social Media
Because who needs human interaction and validation, anyway?
- Uninstall all social media apps from your phone.
- Set your phone to "Do Not Disturb" mode.
- Put a piece of tape over your computer's camera.
