Monday Blues Therapy: Learning to Make Avoidance Masks

Because adulting is hard, especially on Mondays.

Step 1: Gather Materials

Get your hands on some craft supplies, like glue, scissors, and old magazines. We don't judge.

Step 2: Cut Out Your Fears

Cut out images of things that stress you out, like taxes or your boss.

Step 3: Glue It All Together

Stick your stressors to a piece of cardboard, and voilĂ ! Your avoidance mask is born.

Step 4: Wear Your Mask

Slap on your mask and pretend it's not Monday, or that you're not a functioning adult.
