Cut out images of things that stress you out, like taxes or your boss.
Step 3: Glue It All Together
Stick your stressors to a piece of cardboard, and voilĂ ! Your avoidance mask is born.
Step 4: Wear Your Mask
Slap on your mask and pretend it's not Monday, or that you're not a functioning adult.
