Mandate 3: Escape Plan

According to the Monday Mandates, Mandate 3 requires an escape plan. We're not really sure what this means, but we're sure it's not good.

As of this writing, the escape plan involves:

1. Step 1: Panic
2. Step 2: Find a hole
3. Step 3: Dig it
4. Step 4: Hope for the best
