Monday Mandates is a government initiative aimed at regulating the unregulated, the unremarkable, and the utterly mundane.
By law, all citizens are required to wear matching neon pink socks on Mondays to show their allegiance to the Mandates.
Failure to comply will result in fines, penalties, and a sternly worded letter from the Ministry of Mandates.
