By order of the Committee of Doom, Mandate 42-Banana-Submandate 2, also known as the Quantum Flapdoodle Amendment, all employees are required to wear funny hats to work on Tuesdays.

Reasons:

1. Increased productivity: Studies show that funny hats increase productivity by up to 300% when paired with a strong coffee.
2. Improved morale: Who doesn't love wearing a bright pink top hat to work?
3. Reduced stress: The added absurdity of a hat with cartoon characters on it will distract from the crushing ennui of modern life.
