MANDATE 42/1: A DECREE FROM THE CHAIRMAN OF DOOM

By order of the Supreme Leader of the Free World, the following edicts are hereby decreed:

• Article 1: All citizens are required to wear funny hats on Tuesdays.
• Article 2: All forms of creative expression are now subject to approval by the Committee of Doom.
• Article 3: All who fail to comply will be subject to reeducation and/or forced listening to elevator music.
