By Order of the Supreme Leader of Line Dragn, all citizens are required to wear a minimum of 5 inches of leg length, measured from the crotch to the top of the shoe.
The penalty for non-compliance will be a fine of 10,000 Line Drags, payable in installments of 1,000 per month for 10 months.
