"Monday" refers to: a. Monday Monday morning b. the second day

ARTICLE 2: Purpose and Intent

This Mandate is for the purpose of establishing a clear understanding of what constitutes a "good" Monday morning.

Our intent is to provide clarity in the face of ambiguity, lest our Monday mornings be forever lost to confusion and despair.
